The iStick Pico Plus keeps the compact shape that made the Pico series a classic: a short, pocket-friendly box mod with a screw-off battery cap, a single removable 18650 battery and up to 75W of output. This kit adds Eleaf's GTL X tank, tuned for a tight, cigarette-style draw instead of big clouds.

The GTL X fills from the top through a slide-open lid you can work with one hand. Its airflow ring sits at the top, above the coil, so e-liquid has fewer paths to leak. You get the standard 3mL glass plus a 4.5mL bubble glass, and two GTL-D mesh coils (0.8Ω and 1.2Ω). It suits former smokers, anyone moving up from a disposable or pod system to a refillable setup with a replaceable battery, and experienced vapers who want a dependable MTL backup.

The GTL X does not take the EC or EC-A coils used in the Melo 4S tank.

GTL X Kit vs. Melo 4S Kit

Both kits use the same iStick Pico Plus mod. The difference is the tank. The GTL X runs 0.8-1.2Ω coils at 10-18W for a tight, flavorful MTL draw that suits higher-nicotine freebase e-liquid. The Melo 4S kit runs 0.15-0.5Ω EC-A coils at 20-70W for loose direct-lung clouds and lower-nicotine e-liquid. At MTL wattages, one charged 18650 lasts much longer.

How to Set Up the iStick Pico Plus GTL X

Unscrew the battery cap and insert a charged 18650, matching the +/- marking. Replace the cap.
Prime the coil: add a few drops of e-liquid to the coil's wicking holes.
Slide open the top cap, fill the tank, close it and wait 5 minutes.
Press the fire button five times to power on, then set the wattage to the low end of your coil's range.
To change a coil, empty the tank, unscrew the base, swap the coil, then prime and refill.

iStick Pico Plus GTL X FAQ

Does the iStick Pico Plus come with a battery?
No. It takes one 18650 battery, sold separately. We recommend a high-drain cell such as the Sony VTC4 18650.

Is this kit MTL or direct lung?
The included coils are for mouth-to-lung. For a looser draw, fit a GTL 0.3Ω coil, or pair the mod with a direct-lung tank.

Can I use other tanks on the iStick Pico Plus?
Yes. Any 510-thread tank up to 25mm in diameter fits.

Should I use freebase or nic salt e-liquid?
Eleaf recommends freebase e-liquid for the GTL-D coils.

What is the difference between the 2mL and 3mL GTL X?
The 3mL tank (with a 4.5mL glass) is the standard US version. The 2mL tank is made for markets with a 2mL tank limit.

Can I charge the battery in the mod?
Yes, through USB-C at 2A. An external charger like the Efest LUSH Q4 is easier on the battery and lets you keep a spare charged.
