This page outlines our policy on returns, refunds, cancellations, and warranty coverage. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is the foundation of our returns and refunds policy. All return, refund, and replacement eligibility is tied directly to whether shipping insurance was selected at checkout. Insurance is offered to all customers at checkout for 3% of your order total and is strongly recommended. Without it, we are unable to offer any form of refund, return, or replacement under any circumstances.
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or delays caused by our carrier. Shipping insurance protects you in the event something goes wrong after your order is in transit.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on orders that were shipped without insurance. All sales on uninsured orders are final.
If you purchased shipping insurance and your order arrives damaged or contains a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer you the choice of:
- A full store credit for the value of the affected item(s), or
- A replacement shipment sent at no additional cost
This applies only to orders where insurance was selected at checkout. No exceptions will be made for orders shipped without insurance, regardless of the circumstances.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been picked up by our carrier and are in transit. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or rerouted.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@smoktek.com or call 727-697-7316. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday typically ship the same day, so time is of the essence.
If your cancellation request is received before shipment, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer.
Faulty or DOA Products
If a product arrives faulty or dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us immediately. Eligibility for a replacement or store credit is subject to the following:
- Shipping insurance must have been selected at checkout
- The issue must be reported to us promptly upon delivery
- The product must show clear evidence of a manufacturing defect or failure — not damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modification after delivery
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, replacement, or store credit under any circumstances.
E-Liquids
Due to the consumable nature of e-liquids, there is no exchange, return, or warranty of any kind on e-liquid purchases, regardless of whether insurance was selected. We cannot offer performance guarantees on e-liquids due to the subjective nature of flavor preferences and individual vaping setups. All e-liquid sales are final.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many vape devices and hardware products include a manufacturer warranty card inside the box. This warranty is provided directly by the brand or manufacturer — not by SmokTek. If your device develops a fault after you have received it and there is no shipping-related cause, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim.
SmokTek is not responsible for honoring, facilitating, or processing manufacturer warranty claims. Any manufacturer warranty is solely between you and the brand. Please refer to the warranty card included in your product packaging for the manufacturer's contact information and claim process.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or store credit under any circumstances:
- Orders shipped without insurance
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or abuse after delivery
- Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than the original manufacturer
- E-liquids of any kind
- Coils, pods, or other consumable components showing normal wear
- Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout
- Orders that have already shipped and where no insurance was selected
