This page outlines the purchase options available on smoktek.com, including our one-time purchase and subscription programs, along with our cancellation policy for all order types. Please read this carefully before placing your order.


One-time purchases

Most products on smoktek.com are available as standard one-time purchases. You select your items, complete checkout, and your order is processed and shipped according to our standard shipping schedule. There is no ongoing commitment with a one-time purchase.


Subscription purchases

Select products on smoktek.com are available through our subscription program, which allows you to schedule automatic recurring deliveries at a frequency that works for you — and save on every order.

How it works:

  • Choose your product and select the subscription option at checkout.
  • Set your preferred delivery frequency — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or a custom interval that suits you.
  • Your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each subscription cycle.
  • Your order will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping schedule after each charge.

Subscribers receive a discount on every order compared to the standard one-time purchase price. The discount amount is displayed on the product page at the time of subscription sign-up.

Managing your subscription:

You can view and manage your subscription at any time through your SmokTek account, including options to pause, skip an upcoming order, change your delivery frequency, update your shipping address, or switch products. You can also contact us directly at support@smoktek.com or call 727-697-7316 and we will make any changes on your behalf.


Cancellation policy — one-time orders

One-time orders may be cancelled at any time before the order has been picked up by our carrier and is in transit. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or rerouted.

To cancel a one-time order, contact us as soon as possible at support@smoktek.com or call 727-697-7316. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same day, so time is of the essence.

If your cancellation request is received before shipment, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on your card issuer but typically appear within 3–5 business days.

Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued unless shipping insurance was selected at checkout and the order arrives damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.


Cancellation policy — subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties, cancellation fees, or minimum commitment requirements.

To avoid being charged for your next order: Cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date. You can find your next billing date in your account under subscription settings.

To cancel, you can:

  • Log into your SmokTek account and manage your subscription directly under your account settings, or
  • Contact us at support@smoktek.com or call 727-697-7316 and we will cancel it for you.

Once a subscription order has been charged and the fulfillment process has begun, that order cannot be cancelled or refunded. All subscription orders are final once charged. If you wish to avoid an upcoming charge, please cancel or skip before your next billing date.


Shipping insurance & damaged orders

Our standard shipping insurance and returns policy applies to both one-time and subscription orders. Shipping insurance is offered at checkout for 3% of your order total and is strongly recommended. If your insured order arrives damaged, we will offer you the choice of a store credit or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Orders shipped without insurance are not eligible for refunds or replacements under any circumstances, regardless of purchase type. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.


Age requirement

All purchases on smoktek.com — including subscription sign-ups — require the buyer to be 21 years of age or older. By subscribing or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. SmokTek reserves the right to cancel any order or subscription where age verification cannot be confirmed.
